I contacted amazon and peachpit and the next day problem solved. Speedy response by peachpit and amazon. I just finished registering the book and downloading the free lessons. I had no trouble with any of it, and I am not a computer specialist. The book was in perfect condition when it arrived. The book is well organized, with the steps for each procedure indented and numbered.
